It also sends out automatic reminders to members about things such as meetings, important announcements, prayer requests, events, etc. It also allows ministry/group leaders an easy way to manage their own communication to the members of the small group ministry that they are leading. Many leaders have found this to save them time and made it easy for them to keep things organized.
