By making information available to church members and by making it easy for ministry leaders to update information and easily manage their ministry communications any time from anywhere they have an Internet connection.

MemberConnect makes it simple for everyone in the church to view and participate from their Web browser. It provides every ministry and group in the church with a unique calendar, announcement list, discussion groups, prayer requests, photo albums, and more! And, unlike traditional methods of church communication, MemberConnect is available to all church members 24 hours a day, anywhere they have access to the Internet. MemberConnect also makes it quick and easy to upload sermon audio. Members like the system because once they log in information is tailored to them and their families.

What makes MemberConnect unique is the Feature/View interface. The Feature/View Interface allows members to select the feature (calendar, announcements, discussions, etc) then select the view (Church, Group, My Info, My Family, and All) they want to apply to the feature. For example, to see the calendar of church-wide events, you select the calendar feature then church tab.

Church View: The church view allows users to see features that apply to the entire church body.

Group View: MemberConnect allows you to add an unlimited number of groups or ministries to your site. Each group gets their own unique set of features (calendar, announcements, discussions, etc.). You can view the features for any particular group by clicking the “Jump to Group” button, located just below the Views, then selecting any group.

My Info View: One of the many powerful features of MemberConnect is the ability to tailor information to each member of your church. MemberConnect recognizes all of the groups and ministries that each person is assigned to and pulls all of the information from those groups, as well as the church-wide information, in one central location, making it convenient for the member to stay informed and actively participate.

My Family View: MemberConnect also recognizes each family member and all of the groups they participate in. By clicking this view all information for every group each family member is involved in is pulled together in one place. You can even print out a family calendar of events.

All View: The all view combines the features for every group to give an overview of all church activity. Typically this view is used only by administrators when coordinating schedules.
